How long does shipping take?

Shipping times can vary depending on where you are, but usually, it takes around 5-7 business days (excluding weekends). If you're outside the U.S., international shipping might take a bit longer.

What is your standard processing time?

Each Hunka Hunka item is carefully made to order, so we typically need 3-5 business days to process your order (shipping time not included).

While we aim to get things done quickly, occasionally there may be a delay if any issues arise or if an item needs to be remade. We’ll keep you updated if anything were to change!

Why is my order late?

If your order seems delayed, here’s what to do:

  • Double-check your shipping confirmation email to make sure the delivery address is correct.
  • Contact your local post office to see if your package is there.
  • Check with your neighbors in case it was delivered to them by mistake.
  • If all fails, file a claim with your local authorities.

Where is my order shipped from?

We work with a few amazing production partners across the U.S., so your order will be shipped from whichever location is handling your specific design.

How can I track my order?

Once your item ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking number. Just click the link in the email, and you’ll be able to follow your blanket’s journey to your door.

Will all my items ship together?

Since we use different production partners for different designs, your items might come in separate packages and from different locations. No worries—everything will reach you as quickly as possible!

I received the wrong/damaged item, now what?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us at hunkahunkabody@gmail.com within 7 days. Please include photos of the issue, your order number, and any other details. We’ll check it out and get back to you with a solution!

What should I do when my blanket arrives?

We recommend giving your new blanket a quick wash before you use it. A slight odor from production is normal, and a wash will take care of that right away.

What is your return policy?

Because our products are made to order and some are personalized, we typically don’t offer returns or exchanges unless we made a mistake like a wrong item delivered or if you received a damaged product.
